My name is Arnell Omega Milton, founder, director, and head coach of the Team Mega Wildcats Basketball Program, based in New York City. Known throughout the basketball community as Coach Mega, I bring over 15 years of experience as a basketball coach, elite skill development trainer, mentor, and sports performance specialist dedicated to helping athletes elevate their game both on and off the court.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with and contributing to some of the most respected organizations, showcases, and programs in basketball, including the Jim Couch National Showcase, Junior NBA, Five-Star Basketball Camp, Battle New England, EYBL, Nike Basketball, Game 7 Management, National Basketball Players Association (NBPA), Team Jordan, Hoop Group, Basketball City NYC, Big Apple Sports, Adidas Basketball, Hype City, Funsport, T3i Sports Combine, Finest Magazine / Focus TV, Top Elite TV, and the Frank Williams Classic, among many others.
